Domenico Truffle hunter near Florence

My story begins in a family where truffle hunting has been more than a job — it’s a true passion passed down through generations. Since the early 1900s, my ancestors have dedicated their lives to searching for these hidden treasures beneath the Tuscan soil.

As a child, I would follow my grandfather through the woods, watching him work with his faithful dogs and learning the secrets of the trade step by step. Those moments shaped my love for nature and taught me the patience and instinct needed to become a true truffle hunter.

Over time, this deep connection with the land became part of who I am. What started as a family tradition in the 1920s has turned into a lifelong calling — one that I’m proud to continue today, keeping our story alive for future generations.
